By purchasing or using any Nexus product you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

Nexus provides software tools for personal use. You are responsible for how you use them and for complying with the rules of any game or service you use them with.

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for the duration of the plan you selected (1 Day, 3 Days, 7 Days, 30 Days or Lifetime, as shown at checkout).

Licences are for one user. Sharing, reselling or redistributing your access, loader or activation details ends your licence without a refund.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of any Nexus software.

You may not use Nexus software to harass others, to cheat in ranked or competitive play where it is prohibited by the platform, or for any unlawful purpose.

We update our software after game patches and keep a status page with live service information. Updates are included for the length of your plan.

We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free at every moment.

Using third-party software with online games can breach those games' terms and may lead to account restrictions or bans imposed by the game publisher. That risk sits with you; Nexus cannot reinstate an account or reverse a publisher's decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost game progress, account suspension, or data loss arising from use of the software.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to any purchase made after it was posted.
